Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information JustinGambles.com (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to it.

What we collect

  • Account details: the username and email address you register with, and your password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form).
  • Profile details you choose to add: your Rainbet username and UID, an avatar image, and optional Discord and Kick connections (we receive the account name and ID from those services, and for Discord whether you are a member of our server).
  • Activity on the site: your wager totals from Rainbet for the UID you linked, giveaway and raffle entries, challenge and reward claims (including any screenshot you upload as proof), referral claims, and leaderboard results.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, used for security, fraud and duplicate-account detection and to keep you signed in.

How we use it

  • To run your account and the features you use: leaderboards, giveaways, raffles, VIP, challenges and referrals.
  • To verify eligibility for prizes and to pay them out.
  • To prevent abuse, including multiple accounts, self-referral and manipulated wagering.
  • To send account emails such as email verification and password reset.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.

What is public

Leaderboards show a partially hidden username (for example “Ton***”) together with wager and prize amounts. Your email address, full username on leaderboards, IP address and uploaded proof screenshots are not shown to other visitors.

Cookies and analytics

  • A session cookie keeps you signed in. It is needed for the site to work while you are logged in.
  • A small preference cookie (jg_consent) remembers your cookie choice for up to 180 days.
  • Google Analytics measures traffic and sets cookies in your browser, but only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. Until you choose, and if you decline, it is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • The Socials page can show an embedded Kick live player. Loading it connects your browser to Kick, which may set its own cookies under its own policy.
  • We also keep a simple visit counter that uses no cookies and no browser storage. It records the page visited, a rough device type, the referring site and a one-way hash of your IP address and browser that changes every day, so it cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run the service: with Rainbet, whose API we use to match your wager to your UID; with Discord and Kick when you connect those accounts; with Google for analytics; and with our hosting and email providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the site and its users.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active and as long as needed to handle prizes, disputes and abuse prevention. Uploaded proof screenshots and technical logs are kept only as long as they are useful for those purposes.

Your choices

You can update your profile details in your settings, disconnect Discord or Kick, and ask us to access, correct or delete your account data by contacting us on our Discord server. Deleting an account may mean losing access to rewards or entries that depend on it.

Age

JustinGambles is for adults only (18+, or the legal gambling age where you live). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Third-party sites

We link to Rainbet, Kick, Discord and other services. They have their own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
